I've recently become aware of new guide line regulations and rules for shipping items into the EU as a small business/retailer. The one new requirement that is proving difficult for many businesses is the presence of a quality control person in the country. As most other small businesses I am unable to fulfill this requirement and as such will not be able to ship to the EU any longer :-(
Like many of you I'm very upset about this change and saddened that I will not longer be able to ship sales to anyone in the EU.
Now this doesn't mean I can't ship to EU at all ever again. It just means I can't ship sales to the EU. Any giveaways or gifts can still be shipped internationally. And hopefully this regulation will be changed in the near future once they realize how they've limited and damaged sales to the EU. Because honestly it's a bit ridiculous in my opinion.
I hope things can change in the future but as of December 13, 2024 I will no longer be able to ship to the EU from sales on my website.
Sincerely,
Rebecca
